I love preyxo too much so this years birthday song is a freestyle
knowing that doing that could be the worst thing I ever do, it had to be done

I spent so much more time focusing on freestyling than actually talking about my year lmao.
here's a consecutive bullet point/list about it. not in order of occurrence.

I survived it, made a band, no longer in two, focus on self, hate self less, write post punk, bought 150 albums on bandcamp, wasted a year on commercial music anything is a fucking waste of a degree and time and money (if you want to play music just fucking do it or study jazz and play jazz). eyegum yeeted by lockdown 2 return of the sith, activate goth phase, moved into a grown up flat, started stand up comedy, joseph gordon levitt, joseph gordon levitt, joseph gordon levitt, RIP Sealion, hurt, healed, hurting, healing, build a loft bed while a party was happening at my house so the house was filled with party music and my ambience of my sawing and drill work. NIISA, had my bi-annual haircut. lockdown 2 return of the sith. played some shows. organised more of my own, feel more comfortable in activly resting, changed my degree to counselling and addiction practise which is my biggest commitment of wanting to live older

it was fun and becomes a smash up that realizes that it exists between freestyle, conversation, radio drama, home video, and commentary while the song was being made.
and like i can't perform this song so this is the only way it exists.
I had heaps of fun making this but i enjoyed it very differently than the way I enjoy making other music, which was a nice breath of fresh air.

it's a compiled ten minutes of me just having fun instead of taking it all seriously. recorded dec 23 11:00 pm for like 3/4 hours
and I learned,

if you add back up vocals to your freestyles your flows not sloppy.
its intentional.

also the ending fuckin bangs imo, i've been listening to the mix over and over and I get so pumped after that fuckin 9 mins 50 seconds of 3, 3, 4, I've been listening to the song march of progress too much the past 3 days so this is what happens
